Family
Life's cornerstone. This page captures just a few of the images I've saved of my wonderful, goofy and crazy family over the years. I introduce my wife Mandi, daughter Ayen, and son Rowen.
Mandi
I really don't know where to start. We met back in 2009 when I was in Grad school due to our mutual interest in cars of all things. She has been the unspoken center of my life ever since although I probably do a poor job of showing that to her. Life has taken us across the continent not once- but twice since we met, and she just amazes me more and more every day. She is the most nurturing and caring mother I've ever seen and likely a much better wife than I deserve. She is, however, extremely elusive to the camera lens, but I'be managed to capture her on a few rare occasions. |
Ayen
Our beautiful, smart, kind and at times extremely sassy daughter. She came into our life and transformed us in ways we didn't know possible- and continues to daily. She's my mini-me and shadow and I wouldn't have it any other way. Ayen has as much energy as any 4-5 year old I've ever met, yet at her center, resides a deeply caring, compassionate heart that is inspiring to say the least. She has all of her parent's best qualities and almost none of our lesser ones. I'd be lying if I didn't say that coming home from work to her greeting wasn't often the highlight of my days. |
Rowen
My wife's mini-me and I wouldn't have it any other way! This little guy keeps us in stitches non-stop. He's a real wonder... and might just be the sweetest little boy in the world (I may be a little biased however). Although young and small for his age, his personality is huge in size. He's a little bit of a momma's boy but I'm sure I'll win him over with enough time and bribery (worked on his sister). In any case, he is a fantastic little person and watching him grow daily has been a true pleasure and blessing. |
